Project development on Marieninsel Frankfurt completed

In the Frankfurt CBD, Marienturm, some 155 metres high, and Marienforum, 40 metres high, and the public Marienplatz plaza are now all commissioned. Both buildings went into operation on time. In this way, the project development measure on the so-called Marieninsel is completed. Today, Pecan Development GmbH together with the investor Aermont Capital and the project partners Müller Reimann Architekten and Studio Patricia Urquiola presented the exclusive office-ensemble to the public in Marienturm. read more

Half of Frankfurt’s Marienturm let

Demand from international companies remains high

The Marienturm in Frankfurt’s banking district acquires further tenants: Alongside Goldman Sachs, who occupies the largest area in the office tower to date, this summer, Simon-Kucher & Partners, a management consultancy with global operations, has also moved into the building . The international law firms Covington & Burling LLP and Pinsent Masons LLP have also opted for a location in the middle of Frankfurt’s Central Business District and will move into their respective premises of around 2,000sq m in the Marienturm this year and next summer, respectively. read more

Three more tenants for the Marienforum in CBD Frankfurt

The Marienforum, meanwhile, the property of a joint venture structure by Generali Real Estate and Poste Vita, has experienced further tenant growth. After Bethmann Bank / ABN AMRO moved into its new premises at Mainzer Landstraße 1, the project developer Pecan Development welcomed the asset management company Columbia Threadneedle as a new tenant. By autumn two further prestigious companies, the financial services provider Flossbach von Storch AG and the technology enterprise Technological Innovations Group (TIG), will have moved into the Marienforum. read more
