Perella Weinberg Real Estate Fund II LP (PWREF II) has recently signed an agreement for the sale of Marienforum to an investment vehicle belonging to the Generali Group. read more

Marienturm in Frankfurt’s CBD celebrates its topping-out ceremony

Today, in the middle of Frankfurt’s central business district, on the Marieninsel as it is called, the topping-out ceremony for the Marienturm was held. There, project developers Pecan Development GmbH are busy building the tower, which is about 155 metres high and boasts total rental space of 45,450 sqm across 38 storeys, on behalf of Perella Weinberg Real Estate Fund II LP (PWREF II). read more

On behalf of Perella Weinberg Real Estate Fund II LP (PWREF II), project developer Pecan Development has signed a long-term rental agreement with ABN AMRO / Bethmann Bank for premises covering approx. 8,000 square meters in Marienforum. read more

German Design Award

Marieninsel, winner of the German Design Award 2018, in the current MAK exhibition – Vernissage on February 9, 2018

Marieninsel was awarded the accolade of “Winner” in the Excellent Communications Design category of the German Design Award 2018, and together with other prize winners now features in a multi-media exhibition staged by Museum für Angewandte Kunst (MAK). read more

News European Property Award

Marienturm wins the European Property Award 2017–8

Pecan Development has won the renowned European Property Award 2017–8 in the category “Commercial High-Rise Development Germany” for its Marienturm development. The international prize was awarded in London at the end of 2017. The jury lauded the Marienturm project development on the Marieninsel for its holistically conceived architectural, usage and interior design concept. read more
